Privacy

Last updated 28 October 2026 · applies to pucksays.com and the Puck device

Puck is a device for children. The people who sign up here are parents and guardians — we never create an account for, or collect information directly from, a child.

What we collect on this site

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

What we never collect here

No child's name, age, voice, photograph or school. The signup form asks for one parent email address and nothing about your child.

When you own a device

Who processes your data

Netlify (hosting and the signup form) and, for device questions, our model provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Signup emails are kept until you ask us to remove them. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email, or to tell you what we hold, by writing to privacy@pucksays.com. We will action a deletion request within 30 days. For anything else, write to hello@pucksays.com.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian controls the device and its settings, and must consent before a device is activated.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the new date above and, for people on our list, mention it in the next email we send.
